Today I was thinking about the Testimonials we have received and got to thinking of how blessed we are to have such thankful clients. I thought I would share a couple today, so here they are!

I found Lacy and Lindsey back in March through Craigslist when I had been told by another make up artist that she would be unable to do my make up for my wedding. I brought in a sample of what I wanted Kiss the Bride’s Lacy Williams to do and she was very professional in making a folder for me and sticking to what it was that I wanted, but I was definitely open to suggestions!
I made an appointment with Lacy to do a trial run for my make up – she instantly made me feel comfortable and we forged a great relationship. The months prior to my wedding she would stay in frequent contact with me, going above and beyond just being a make up artist, she was very kind, generous and supportive.
The day of the wedding they arrived promptly at the time I gave them (after a couple of changes in time!) – They did a marvelous job and transformed me into a princess. I would recommend Kiss the Bride Make-up to anyone who wanted to have their make up done – and I would love to have them do mine again and again! Thank you Lacy and Lindsey for helping to make me look gorgeous on my wedding day!

I must admit that were all novices when it comes to the importance of having someone outstanding scheduled to do the make-up on the Bride’s most important day of her life. "It's A Bride Thing"
Hi everyone!!
I just wanted to let everyone know how the Souly Wedding Vendors party went!! We had such a great time and it was such a successful night!! Megan and Vanessa from Soulmates Bridal Boutique put on such an amazing event! We had a fashion show, did make-up, great food and drinks, beautiful brides and so much fun!! We cant wait until the next party, I have a feeling they are just going to become more and more fabulous!
Soulmates Bridal Boutique is a place where brides-to-be can find all of the little accessories for their wedding day. They have shoes, unique bridal party gifts and portfolios for every vendor you can possibly think of. It is a one stop shop in there!

Soulmates Party
Souly Wedding Vendors party at McCormick Ranch
There's another Souly Wedding Vendor Bridal Soiree coming up this month. This one will be held at McCormick Home Ranch in Camarillo one week from tonight, Thursday, August 20th at 6PM. Souly Wedding Vendors is teaming up with Camarillo Bridal to host a runway bridal fashion show! Along with the fashion show, there will be booths of "girly" activities...such as hair and makeup etc. We would love to see all of you participate in this fun event.

Van Nuys, CA
Hey guys!
I just wanted to make everyone aware of the parking laws in Van Nuys, CA. Last week I went out there to do a bridal consultation and I parked on the street where there was meter parking. I went up to the brides apartment, did the consultation, and came back down to leave and to my shock and disbelief my car was missing!!!!! First thing that went through my head was " Oh great my car got stolen". So I further investigated the scene of the crime and come to find out there is no parking in the spot that I parked from 4-7pm monday through friday. My car wasnt stolen, it was TOWED!!! A good amount of money later I was able to get my beloved car out of the tow yard, the next day. As the tow truck driver delivered my car to me I saw a paper on my windsheild and said "sir you forgot something" and he said "oh no thats for you, its a parking ticket" so much to my suprise not only did I pay a nice chunk of cash to get my car out of the tow yard, I also had a pretty pricey parking ticket on my car! So the moral of this story is to never park on the streets in Van Nuys even when someone tells you its ok to park there, unless you CAREFULLY read the signs on the street!!

Westlake Bridal Expo
Today Elizabeth (from Phase4Photography) and I went to the Westlake Hyatt bridal expo. We had the pleasure of running into a lot of beautiful brides, some with friends and some with their fiances. One bride (monica) in particular that made an impression on us was there with her fiance Isaac. They are the cutest couple ever!! They have such great personalities and seem to be so in love!!! We have met them in the past at other bridal events and they are always so nice to us! We are crossing our fingers that they book us because we would love to be a part of their fabulous wedding. It would be an honor and so much fun! Im sure their family friends must be amazing if they are anything like them!!
