Taking care of your skin is so important, especially if you are going to have your makeup done. Think of your face as if it were a blank canvas, just like any surface, you want to make sure it's clean before you apply the paint (makeup). If you start off with a clean face, the make-up will go on much smoother and it will look much more flawless. We definitely recommend getting a facial a couple weeks to a month before your wedding. You don't want to get one too close to your big day as some people can break out afterwards so you want to give your skin time to heal.
